Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving an item, as long as the item is returned to us in its original condition, unused, unwashed and in original state. 

Your refund for the total value of the returned item(s) (excluding postage costs) will be issued to the original payment method. 

All returns are at the cost of the Buyer and not covered by FIRA. Please consider using Royal Mail first class when returning your item and always maintain a proof of return so you can provide this upon request should your package end up being lost or stolen. 

 

Please allow 14 working days from the date we receive your return, for us to process your refund.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method, please contact customer service for any further detail.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item and post it back to you.
